All content on curvachip.com and within Curvachip apps — including but not limited to code, design, graphics, icons, copy, the Curvachip name, and the Curvachip logo — is the property of Curvachip LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any Curvachip content without prior written permission.
5. AI-powered features
Some Curvachip apps use artificial intelligence to generate identifications, descriptions, or other content. These outputs are provided for informational and recreational purposes only.
Curvachip accepts no liability for any harm arising from reliance on AI-generated content produced by its apps.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
This website and all Curvachip apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
